Overall Excellent
I went to Allen Samuels looking for an affordable and dependable used car. After my initial visit, it appeared that my financing would not go through, so I returned home with a promise from Orlando (my salesman), that he would continue to look into other options and vehicles to fit my needs. A few weeks later, I received a phone call from Orlando letting me know that he worked something out with the finance department and had also found some very nice vehicles within my search criteria. I went to the dealership that same day, and that evening drove home in my "New Used" Jeep! I love it! He really made me feel like I was priority and not just another customer. I appreciate everything he and the dealership did for me! They are by far the most customer friendly dealership around!

Overall Excellent
I have been getting serviced by Allen Samuels DCJR since they have opened in 2009. I have to say that they always treat me with respect and are fair with the pricing of service. I have also purchased two different vehicles from them as well. Never before has my experience been so relaxed, quick or effecient. Glad to have people in Waco that I can count on. Thanks Allen Samuels folks for treating me right.

I have purchased two 2009 dodge 3/4 ton trucks , one 2010 3/4 ton truck , one 2009 1/2 ton truck all new . The sales department & finance manger were outstanding . The general manager is best I have ever delt with . The service department is unbeliable . There is no dought this is the best dealership I have ever done business with . I have owned G M C trucks & cars , Ford trucks , Nissan trucks , Toyota trucks & Chevy trucks . I have never been treated with so much respect as I have been with Allen Samuels Dodge Chrysler .
